This is our effort to stop exploitation by Immigration Constltants. From India people sold their property to give to these fraudulent consultants. They are doing fraud with Canada Government as well. Since 2002 People has been ripped off for Millions and Millions of Dollers.
It could be possible with the help of some unethical media people.
Why there are not such type of ads by Immigration Lawyers. Just consultants are advertising on Radios and news papers.
In the event of court case, Media which ever is advertising this type of fraudulent businesses must be made a party of that case. This type of unethical Media must be accountable for exploitation of community. And if no any Media is listening to you, just upload your story on you tube. In this modren era, you tube is very much powerfull and free media for you.
This so called unethical media is also is responsible for exploitation. There are some recomendation to Canadian Government t hat if any media is giving a dvertisements of such kind of fraudulent businesses.
Do you think that Immigration Consultants have Visa in their pockets and Lawyers does not.
Media should also be made a party in fraud case.
Because when they give news from all over the world, that this thing happened in this countrry or that country, they also know that what is happening in their city or what type of businesses these are? But media donot speek out, they are making 12-15 thousands of dollers from one consultant’s ad.
1-Government of Canada must cease the property of fraudulent consultants.
2-Then send them to jail for 10 years.
3-After jail they should be deported back to their country of birth.
4-In case of Canadian born consultants, they cannot be deported any where their jail time should be increase upto 15 years.
Consultants who are claiming to be the members of CSIC most of them are in very front line of fraud. It seems that they got ticket from CSIC to committ these fraud. In Canada it is very hard to find any law enforcement agency which can punish them, thats why they are getting advantage of Canada lux law for criminal. I personaly encourage to the people who got ripped off, to put all the informaion on this web.

Immigration Consultant,s names are there, but we hide it purposly so that they should not ran away. As it happen so many times in the past. And all this could happen with the help of unethical media or media people of our community. Media is making huge money out of these frauds. Media knows what type of these busineses are, what they are doing. This way media is also involve in this fraud/exploitation.
Only thing we can tell you that these are 4-5 Consultants, whose ad you are listening every day on various Radios of our community. We are receiving so many complaints, with documentary proofs. People are telling us that whenever we call to Radio, they answer that we are just giving their ads , we donot know what they are doing. If people says that we are telling you, what they are doing. Such and such immigration consultant ripped me off, He/She is not returning my money, so you should announce my case on your radio. Then Radio answer No, we can not announce.
Important Information:
Some of the fraudulent (Luttere/Thugg) consultant are now exploiting people for STUDENT VISA, be carefull that there is not any special relexsation in STUIDENT VISA.
So be carefull……..
Only Punjabi Smachar, CBSA and Immigration Department can see the name of those consultants.
Secondly same way no one can see complainent,s contact information. That is also hidden.

I have confirmation that Get Visa Immigration Consultants owner Rajesh Randhev charged someone $15,000.00 and signed a contract that he will bring client’s brother from India as a construction worker. He charged $15,000 up front. The contract says that he will refund $10,000.00 if visa is refused. No LMO was issued to her brother.
Rajesh has not refunded the $10,000.00. Charging money to get LMO is against law. No one is protecting the public.
CWC charged a woman $3000.00 to bring her son from India as a worker. Again no LMO no work permit. This poor woman works for a sweet shop in Surrey and earns about $1500.00 per month.
Chandigarh Immigration is promising the world to their clients. Until now, he was working illegaly and was not registered. CWC are advertising about study permit and investor visa. That is all false advertising. No law has been changed. Again they are all crooks.
Public should form a unit against these scam artists.
